Pre-Conference Workshop
Register for the Future Planning Pre-Conference workshop on October 20th from 1-4pm. Registration is required.
Future planning starts with understanding yourself. Who am I? What is important to me? Where do I belong? This pre-conference session will guide you through future planning basics. Join Stefanie Primm, Executive Director, LOV Inc. and a team of advocates, families and professionals to lay the foundation for your future. This workshop is for self- advocates, families, and professionals.
Kick-Off Events: Monday, October 20th - attendance is FREE but you must register.
Dinner & Diehard Awards: Tuesday, October 21st - attendance is FREE but you must register.

There are some changes to the scholarship process this year – please read all options carefully and contact us with any questions: [email protected].
Conference Registration and Lodging are two separate scholarships. Scholarship funds are funds that are used to help attendees that do not have another way to pay. Please review the option to cover the cost of the conference through your support plan, and then select your scholarship request accordingly.
If you do request Lodging, reservations will be made for you. DO NOT contact the hotel.
There are a limited number of accessible rooms available and will be assigned on a first come basis. Please only request what you need to attend.
**Hotel equipment may not be the same equipment you use at home. Please bring your own if you need specialized equipment.**
If all accessible rooms are full, you may either choose a regular room at the Kalahari, or we can reserve an accessible room at another hotel (at our cost).
The Kalahari Resort is holding a block of guest rooms for October 20 & 21, 2025. Room rates are $149 + tax for single, double, triple or quad rooms.

Kalahari room block will be available until Friday, September 19, 2025 or until the block is full.
DEADLINE: Scholarships will be accepted until August 29, 2025 or until funds run out. There are a limited number of scholarships available and they are determined on a first come, first serve basis. We will try to approve as many requests as possible, but we may run out before the deadline. Priority will be given to first time attendees. We encourage you to contact your Care management team, IRIS Consultant or CLTS worker to include the conference in your service plan.
CONFIRMATION: Confirmations will be sent by email or phone within two weeks of applying. We reserve the right to decline a scholarship request based on past participation (e.g., non-payment of processing fee, non-participation, cancelation, etc.).
PAYMENT: If you choose to pay via Credit Card, you will not be charged until your scholarship is approved.
